Service Partnerships
Uwill
Uwill provides our students with access to telemental health at no cost, in addition to 24/7 crisis management and a variety of online wellness programs.
Avidon Health/Engagement Rx
In partnership with Avidon Health we are able to bring Engagement Rx to all FDU students. This is an online cognitive behavioral change management tool. Students can access a variety of self-paced, online learning courses that cover diverse wellness topics such as sleep hygiene, financial literacy, stress management, substance abuse and other topics.
Holy Name Medical Center
Holy Name Medical Center partners with FDU to provide collaborating physician service to Student Wellness Services staff. This ensures that our nurse practitioners and RN’s are in compliance with state licensing regulations. Additionally, this partnership extends our access to specialized care to ensure students have a direct linkage to support that spans beyond our immediate health centered services.
FDU is transitioning to an electronic medical record called Medicat. All medical forms must be submitted through Medicat.
Please access the Medicat Patient Portal where you will be given instructions on how to complete your medical records.
The Medicat patient portal can be accessed by using the same username and password that you use to access your FDU student account. If you are having technical difficulties accessing Medicat please contact the Help Desk at 973-443-8822.
