Campus Pantries

Each FDU campus in New Jersey has an on-campus food pantry, established with the goal of supporting our students by providing essential items at no cost. Our mission is to ensure that every student has access to the resources they need to succeed academically and personally. Typical campus pantry items include:

  • non-perishable food (snacks and make-a-quick-meal)
  • personal hygiene products
  • books
  • clothing
  • bedding
  • office supplies

We aim to create a supportive environment where students can access these resources without any financial burden or stigma.

Who Donates?

  • Students who brought or bought too much.
  • Parents who saw the Pantry on the tour and liked the idea.
  • Alumni who remember.
  • Faculty and staff who know you work late.
  • Local businesses who aren’t open all the times you’re hungry.
  • End of term and I can’t pack it
