Before You Apply for Housing

Step 1: Pay Your Housing Deposit

A nonrefundable Residence Hall Deposit ($200) is required for first year and new students residents.

Pay Deposits Online at Make a Payment

  1. Under “Deposit Payments Only” choose “Use Touchnet”
  2. At Touchnet choose “Residence Hall Deposit Only – First Year and New Students”
  3. Submit Payment

IMPORTANT: New and First-Year Students, your Tuition Deposit ($200) and Residence Hall Deposit ($200) must be received and processed, by the Admissions Office, before you are able to access the online Housing Application.

Step 2: Activate Your FDU NetID Account

In order to apply for on-campus housing, you will need an FDU NetID account. To create your FDU NetID account, visit the Accounts Management page.
