Stephen “Skippy” Weinstein

Weinstein is a former attorney recognized as one of New Jersey’s most distinguished litigators and the September 2023 recipient of the NJ Law Journal Editors and Reporters Lifetime Achievement Award. As a member by invitation only of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Weinstein has been the recipient of numerous trial attorney awards as well as numerous awards from the many organizations where he has volunteered, including the Washington College of Law and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he served on its board. Weinstein has been a longstanding trustee of CASA (Court Assisted Special Advocates) which protects children in any abusive situation. He has also voted on the New Jersey Electoral College for President of the United

States on multiple occasions. He earned a BS from FDU, where he met his wife of 60 years, and his JD from American University’s Washington College of Law. He is also a recipient of FDU’s PINNACLE Award.
