Shared Governance Stakeholder Bodies

FDU’s shared governance system depends on the engagement of members of the FDU community through their respective stakeholder bodies.  

FDU faculty participate in shared governance through the Faculty Senate

FDU professional administrative staff participate in shared governance through the Professional Administrative Senate

FDU employees who belong to the Office and Professional Employees International Union participate in shared governance through their Union Local.

FDU students participate in Shared Governance through their campus-based student government:

• FDU Florham Campus Student Government
• FDU Metro Campus Student Government 
• FDU Vancouver Campus Student Government (under construction)

The various stakeholder bodies elect or appoint members of their communities to serve on shared governance committees.
