The Council for Community Success
The Council for Community Success is composed of faculty, staff, and students from each of the University’s campuses appointed by our governance stakeholder bodies. The council exists to support Fairleigh Dickinson University’s efforts to ensure that all members of the campus community are able to participate fully in the full range of University opportunities. It is committed to identifying and addressing institutional practices that may limit access or engagement and to promoting efforts that improve the overall experience for students, faculty, and staff across all campuses.
The council supports the University’s ongoing efforts to advance access, accountability, and community well-being. It affirms the importance of individual identities and perspectives and encourages a campus culture grounded in respect, collaboration, and shared responsibility. Its work promotes lawful practices, supports legal compliance, and contributes to the University’s goal of fostering an environment in which all community members can succeed.
The co-chairs of the Council for Community Success are the Provost or the Provost’s Designee and the Vice President for Student Affairs or the VPSA’s Designee.
