Robert J. Zatta

Zatta held several positions at Rockwood Holdings, Inc. during his nearly 15-year career with the company, including Senior Vice President and CFO from 2001 to 2014 and Acting CEO from 2014 until the company’s sale to Albemarle Corporation in January 2015. He currently serves on the board of Elessent Clean Technologies and is a member of the Advisory Board of BPGC Management LP, a private equity firm. He previously served on the boards of Innophos and Nexeo Solutions when the two companies were publicly traded on the NASDAQ. Zatta graduated with a BS degree from Merrimack College. He earned an MBA from FDU and is a recipient of FDU’s PINNACLE Award.
