Academic Profile
Prior to joining FDU, Professor Bear worked for over twenty years in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries in human resources, general management and marketing. He has also served as an executive coach and consultant in a variety of industries. In the classroom Professor Bear utilizes experiential learning including cases, role plays and team exercises in order to link theory and practice and enhance the linkage of the classroom and the workplace.
