Academic Profile
Professor Petardi is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a proud lifelong learner who strives to share passions for Industrial and Organizational Psychology with students and professionals interested in enhancing and enabling organizational culture.
Stephanie has experience working in the fields of talent, learning, training, organizational behavior, and human resources which she prides herself in being able to share with students and create real-world connections to research, science, and theories in the classroom.
Hands-on application of theories and research in small group settings is a key practice in all of my classrooms, as well as discussion and presentation. By coaching each individual student and facilitating network building, all graduate-level students become a part of a distinguished group of Scientist-Practitioners who go on to succeed in business, academia, and consulting.
