Academic Profile

Over 40 years of experience in Executive Management managing budgets to 114 million dollars and staffing exceeding 135 direct employees. Negotiation of multi Union contracts for 7,000 employees. Leveraged and managed corporate facilities across the entire nation. Extensive management experience between professional, white-collar, sworn, and blue-collar staff. Currently Director and CIO of Jersey City Public Safety Communications and Information Technology Center. I also serve as Jersey City Police Chaplain and Crisis Counselor.
