Academic Profile
Reza Khoee is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public and Global Affairs (SPGA) department. He is a researcher and an educator in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Leadership and Human Resources.
He graduated with a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. His academic path began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran. His research seeks to determine the impact of large-scale socio-cultural events on employees’ workplace attitudes, particularly those such as Quebec’s law banning religious symbols and the global pandemic. Moreover, he has also investigated the role of digital technology in post-pandemic entrepreneurship, providing information on crisis management and organizational resilience.
He has taught several leadership, human resource management, and organizational behavior courses. His teaching methodology emphasizes real-world case studies, diverse activities, and classroom discussions, encouraging students to integrate their learning into professional practices.
