Academic Profile
Lu Wang is an assistant professor of Economics and Finance for FDU, Vancouver Campus. Her research interests are in the field of banking, spanning the topics of risk assessment and allocation, financial crisis, monetary transmission, financial regulation, and fintech innovations.
Before joining FDU, she worked at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) and the Bank of China. In her spare time, Prof. Wang enjoys playing badminton, roller skating, reading, and traveling with her family.
