Academic Profile
Dr. Rozaklis is an applied researcher, program evaluator, and data analytics professional. Before joining FDU, Dr. Rozaklis facilitated data-driven program improvement initiatives in higher education institutions and nonprofit public health organizations. In these settings, she balanced evaluative and measurement activities for accountability and organizational learning purposes strengthened internal data and evaluation capacity, and led multi-program evaluation and assessment efforts to optimize program quality. With a background in the Information Science discipline, Dr. Rozaklis has published in the areas of information-seeking behaviors, education of information professionals, human-mediated question-answering services, and research methods.
