Academic Profile

Throughout my life, I have been helping people inside and outside of the work environment. Every day I translate into actions my motto: it is through knowledge and practice that we can effectively grow. I am constantly learning from my experiences and, at the same time, sharing the knowledge I have by consulting, teaching, coaching, mentoring, and writing.

My passion for learning has been the driving force behind my career. I started in engineering research and development, finding solutions to technical problems and greatly increasing my employer or client bottom line. Then I moved to manage not only projects but also and most importantly, people, the real reason projects transform plans into reality. I had the opportunity to see my vision become reality with the help of many, creating wealth in terms of money and quality of life.

As an entrepreneur, I invested and lead investments in manufacturing, engineering consulting, real estate, financial markets, and online education. Again, the team behind those ventures was the reason for their successes. Hundreds of people have been helped thanks to those entrepreneurs that sided with me to create jobs, new awesome products, and living environments as well as learning opportunities.
