Dr. Jones specializes in organizational behavior, business ethics, change management, management, and leadership skills development, and human resource management. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organization Management Journal, Human Resource Management Review, and Journal of Business Ethics among others, and has been honored with numerous awards from journals and professional organizations. Dr. Jones has helped organizations through a variety of change initiatives for the past 25 years, including executive coaching, large-scale culture change, top management team building, strategic planning, visioning, redesigning of appraisal systems, and analysis and redesign of organizational processes.
