Academic Profile
Dr. Eli Konorti joined FDU in 2020 as an adjunct professor. In the past 30 years, and as a member of the business community in Canada, Eli has gained a lot of experience which he is keen to share and pass on to the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, namely the students. Eli specializes in assisting organizations to achieve measurable top and bottom-line improvements. Eli’s work centers on change management, operations management, quality systems, business process re-engineering, strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and people-oriented programs to name a few. Eli held senior management positions in both public practice and private industry. His many accomplishments are well-recognized by the business community and in the public sector. His experience covers sectors such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Municipal, Retail, Wholesale, Mining, and Forestry.
