Academic Profile
Dr. Bahareh Assadi, Lecturer, joined Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2012. She earned her BA with a political science concentration from the University of British Columbia, and her MBA and Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Her principal research interests include leadership, mentoring, employee engagement, and human resources. Bahareh brings to FDU more than 17 years of experience in business and education management. She has worked for public and private post-secondary institutions in Canada and the USA, to enrich and enhance the educational system at all levels. She is passionate about teaching and focuses on student empowerment and engagement.
