Academic Profile

At Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver Campus, I teach courses in English Academic Writing, Research Foundations (APA, and IEEE style), and Graduate Research Seminars in the Masters and Pre-Masters programs; and in the Hospitality Management program. I am a full-time Faculty Academic University Lecturer and Human Ecologist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Hospitality Management Specialist. I have qualifications and experience in Education, English Academic Writing, Hospitality Management, Food Science, and Nutrition.  This encompassed lecturing, extensive reading and research, curriculum development, training, and education. 

With >10 years of experience teaching graduate and undergraduate international students, my focus has been on Academic Writing, Research Methodology, and Research supervision, as well as lecturing various subjects in the Hospitality Management department.
