Paycom FAQs

Will I be able to access MyADP after June 30, 2024?

MyADP will be accessible to all employees through July 31, 2024.  Please proceed to log in and save any paystubs or historical W2’s you deem necessary.  Note that the Payroll department will continue to retain 7 years of employee paystubs and W2’s.

Will my 2024 earnings transfer over from MyADP to Paycom?

Yes, your year-to-date earnings from January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 noted on ADP will be transferred over to Paycom.   You will see a June 30, 2024 pay statement in Paycom which will provide you with your year to date information.  Note that your final MyADP statement will be June 30, 2024, which will also include your year to date information.

How can I make changes to my tax exemptions via IRS Form W4?

Please log in to Paycom to view your current exemptions.  If you would like to make a change, please click on W4 and proceed to make changes that will be effective July 1, 2024.

During the training sessions, it was recommended that I log in to view my sample pay check.  Is this necessary?

Although not required, we are asking employees to log in to Paycom to view their “test sample check” under the Payroll tab.  You will be able to see your earnings, mandatory tax information, benefit deductions, and your net earnings.  Please review the sample paycheck in Paycom (payroll, test sample paycheck) and contact us at using the Ask Here feature on your Paycom account. Instructions are included in the Ask Here link. if you have any questions.

During the training session, we were informed that we will be required to “approve” our paychecks every pay period.  Is this required?  If we do not approve our check, will we still be paid?

Paycom has a feature called “Beti” that provides all employees with the ability to view their paycheck prior to the pay date.  This is a feature that most employees welcome as it provides an opportunity to contact payroll prior to the processing date to make any corrections to compensation (note that employee benefits changes  may  require additional time to complete the necessary approval process ).   While the Beti feature is a resource for our employees, you will still be paid if you do not “approve” each pay period. It is recommended that all employees review and approve their checks for the first few payrolls.

Please download your June 15 or June 30 paycheck from ADP to compare against your first pay period in Paycom.  Note that Paycom’s tax tables are up to date compared to ADP’s calculator so there may be a slight discrepancy. Below is a link to the current tax  https://apps.irs.gov/app/tax-withholding-estimator

Also, for employees that reside outside of New Jersey, you will be subject to state and local tax in accordance with your residential state requirements.   Please check with your individual tax advisors for more information.

When will I be able to see my first paycheck in Paycom?

The first check in Paycom (different from “test sample check”) should be available by July 3, 2024, and employees will have until July 8 to report any errors.    Thereafter, Beti preview checks should be available approximately 10 days prior to each pay date.

Will I receive multiple W2’s for 2024 calendar year earnings from ADP and Paycom?

No.  You will only receive 1 W2 from Paycom for earnings between January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.  All of the current year’s earning data will be transferred to Paycom.

Will all of my information that exists in MyADP including tax exemptions, direct deposit information, benefit elections, and time off be transferred over from MyADP to Paycom?

Yes, all of the above information will be transferred from MyADP to Paycom.  This process has already begun, and we are asking all employees to log into Paycom to view your information and report any discrepancies (if any) you may see. Please note that time off accruals should be available July 3, 2024 (date subject to change) and all employee benefit information will be available July 1, 2024.
