Santucci is a Senior Market Executive for the Morristown Short Hills Market of Merrill Lynch U.S. Wealth Management. The Morristown Short Hills Market consists of six branch offices: Morristown / Short Hills / Summit / Westfield / Westfield Elm / Jersey City.
Santucci oversees 186 Financial Advisors, plus their support staff. The Market manages more than $41 billion in Assets and Liabilities that generate more than $288 million in revenue annually.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch (2022), for the last 19 years he served as head of Business Development for UBS Wealth Management USA. Before that, he led the National Sales and Sales Specialist organization, where he helped transform the way UBS advisors approached holistic wealth management.
Santucci and his wife, Antoinette, moved to Far Hills, N.J., after they raised their three children in the Harding Township section of New Vernon. They also have six grandchildren, which they enjoy spending their time with. He also serves on the board of the Hermits of Bethlehem. He is passionate about ensuring all children have access to education and supports other local charities, including the Hoboken Shelter.
