Early College Course Withdrawal Form

The last day to withdraw from an Early College Dual Enrollment Course with a full refund is the last day of the registration period (that date can be found here). Withdrawal Forms for Fall only classes will be accepted until December 1st, for Spring only classes until May 1st, and for Full-Year classes until May 1st. No withdrawals will be processed after those dates and no refunds will be issued for any withdrawal forms received after the last day of the registration period that applies to that course.

The last day to withdraw from an Early College Summer Course with a full refund is the published start date of the class. Withdrawal Forms will be accepted and processed until the last scheduled day of the class however, no refund will be issued for any forms received after the published start date of the class.

Fields marked with an * are required.

Once the course withdrawal form is submitted, re-registration for the same course is only possible if done prior to the registration deadline.
