Military and Veterans
Fairleigh Dickinson University has been educating America’s veterans since the end of World War II. We are a proud participant in the GI Bill® Yellow Ribbon Program, which allows a veteran with a GI Bill Eligibility of 100 percent to attend an FDU undergraduate, graduate, or certificate program at no cost.

Financial Information for Veterans
Nearly every honorably discharged U.S. veteran has accrued credits toward a degree or certification. Through the Post-9/11 GI Bill, veteran students receive unparalleled opportunities to achieve their higher education goals.
Transcripts and Credits for Veterans
Veterans may be able to receive FDU credit for military education experiences. FDU uses the American Council on Education (ACE) credit recommendations to help award credits for these experiences. Each academic program at FDU makes independent judgments about military educational transcripts and college transcripts.
