Vancouver Specialization Change Form

Specialization change requests can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. The Enrollment Services office will send you an email once your specialization has been changed. This form is exclusively intended for students in the MAS and MSACS program who wish to change their specialization. If you want to change your program, please fill out the program change form.
