Vancouver Campus Travel Grants

At Fairleigh Dickinson University Vancouver Campus, we encourage you to visit our campus. Open houses offer the perfect opportunity to see our campus, meet our students and faculty—and discover if we are the right choice for you. You’ll leave with a good sense of our “campus personality.” Your visit will include a guided campus tour and information session. Learn about Vancouver’s Academics and Bachelor degree programs, Student Life and Student Services. Because attending a university requires a serious investment, you’ll learn how scholarships and other financial aid opportunities make the Vancouver Campus an affordable option for students and their families.
If you travel more than 200km to visit Fairleigh Dickinson’s Vancouver campus and ultimately decide to enroll at the University, you will be eligible for a one-time travel grant of up to US$400.
If you are visiting our Vancouver campus from Vancouver Island and ultimately decide to enroll at the University, you will be eligible for a one-time travel grant of up to US$250.
To qualify for the one-time Travel Grant Program, you will need to:
- Enroll as a full-time student at the Vancouver Campus;
- Complete a Travel Grant Program Form and attach all receipts; and
- Submit your completed form and travel receipts upon enrollment.
The travel grant will be applied to your FDU account when you enroll. Eligible travel related expenses include lodging and travel – gas, ferries, bus and hotels, but does not include meals. Grants are applicable for travel completed prior to admission.
