Executive Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer at BD, a leading global medical technology company, Simunovich previously served as chief regulatory counsel for BD and as associate general counsel of regulatory and compliance at both C.R. Bard and Catalent, Inc. She also has extensive experience in litigation, regulatory law and intellectual property law from her time practicing in New York. Simunovich earned her PharmD from Rutgers University and is a registered pharmacist. She also earned a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
