Proposal Development and Grants Management
The Grants and Sponsored Projects (GSP) Office is your primary point of contact (POC) and support of government grant activities. This is more commonly known as the life-cycle management of grants that relies on a coherent set of guiding principles, FDU services, resources, and internal controls/policies established to monitor and comply with programmatic and fiscal government regulations.
We are readily available for consultation regarding your research interests and to answer any questions regarding planning a proposal, proposal development (pre-award), financial oversight (post-award), and research compliance. So before you get started, tell us about your research/program interests by completing and submitting the simple form found on this webpage.
A three-step process has been created to help navigate the Planning, Development, and Award Management of extramural government funding. Please note that the GSP is the only entity authorized to submit extramural government proposals under the auspices of the University and on behalf of its full-time faculty. All awards are issued to Fairleigh Dickinson University as the legal, prime or subrecipient entity.
