Vision Discount Plan

Fairleigh Dickinson University provides active, regular full time and part time employees working a minimum of 1,000 hours per calendar year, the opportunity to enroll in a discount vision plan.  Coast to Coast Vision (CTC) offers a discount vision plan for eye examinations and the purchase of prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.  They also offer discounts for refractive surgeries, including LASIK.  The CTC provider network is the most comprehensive in the USA and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers, and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, JC Penny Optical, Sears Optical, LensCrafters, and EyeMasters.

Members can save 40 to 60% on an unlimited number of eyeglasses, contacts, and non-prescription sunglasses.  Members are also afforded a savings (40 to 60%) on eye examinations, most frames, lenses and specialty items such as tints, scratch resistant coatings, and ultraviolet protection.  Further, members receive a 10 to 30% savings on LASIK surgery.
