Student Loans
The Office of Student Loan Repayment mission is to assist students to be responsible world citizens and ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations. The office provides students with an ethical understanding of their student loans and tuition obligations. We enhance students’ success by developing strategies to ensure that students do not default on their financial responsibilities and to provide, with accurate and timely manner, services that help students better manage their obligations.

Exit Counseling
A Direct Subsidized Loan, Direct Unsubsidized Loan, or student Direct PLUS Loan borrower who is graduating, leaving school, or dropping below half-time enrollment is required to complete exit counseling.

A Nursing Loan, Nurse Faculty Loan, or Perkins Loan borrower who is graduating, leaving school, or dropping below half-time enrollment is required to complete exit counseling. Those loans are serviced by ECSI https://heartland.ecsi.net/ First time user of ECSI need to contact ECSI at 1-800-437-6931 to request a Heartland Key to access their account and complete an online exit interview.
